General Information About The Cross Country And Track Club

UB Cross Country and Track Club started in fall 2007. It is a club for anyone who wants to run a little whether it is to stay or get in shape, prepare for a race, or just have fun. All levels of fitness are welcome from walkers, and joggers to serious competitors.

Worried about being too slow?

There is no speed or time requirement to join the club.  There always will be someone who will run at your pace. 

Worried about running alone?

Our policy is that no one runs alone. There will always be someone running with you or close to you.
